So many terms used to call them – destitute, disadvantaged, impoverished, indigent – they are one of the primary concerns of the Department of Social Welfare and Development tasked with social protection and poverty-reduction solutions for and with the poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged. Thanks to WorkforcePH’s company MSF Careers R’ Us with the help of its TESDA-accredited training partner, Marymount Academy, help is on the way.

MSF with Marymount recently agreed with DSWD to help our kababayans in need, rise out of their situation. Marymount provides Call Center training, DSWD refers prospective trainees to MSF. MSF screens and recommends to Marymount. And voila! Upon completion of the course, MSF refers them to anyone of the BPO companies in this country’s most progressive industries today! Doesn’t that make a wonderful world?
