Thirty-two (32) trainees of MSF Careers R Us, comprising Batch 3, completed the Contact Center Services NCII training course prescribed under TESDA Training Regulations. This brings up the number of NCII-ready contact center specialists to 61. They are all set for Assessment and Certification to attain TESDA National Certification Level II (NCII), which makes their specific skills internationally certified.

The 18-day course was conducted at MSF’s affiliate training institution, Marymount Academy.

Special guests during the graduation ceremonies were Mr. Zaldy A. Del Rosario, HR Specialist and Ms. Maria Alma Cura of Alorica. Alorica is the largest provider of customer experience solutions to the US market according to an industry report. Currently it operates globally in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

As is the standard procedure in MSF TESDA trainings, the special guests conducted interviews of the graduates then gave tips on how to to do well in an interview. 16 out of 32 passed the initial interview. They are currently undergoing assessment followed by final interview prior to engagement.
