The first batch of fifteen (15) trainees of MSF Careers R Us (MSF) recently completed the 18-day Contact Center Services NC II training course prescribed under TESDA Training Regulations.
The graduates are now prepared for Assessment and Certification to attain TESDA National Certification Level II (NCII), which makes their specific skills internationally certified.
Gracing the graduation ceremonies was Mr. Sang Won Hwang PhD, COO of Red Sky Communications Inc. (Red Sky), as guest of honor. In his inspirational message to the graduates, Mr. Sang Won Hwang shared advice, tips and encouragement on how to succeed in the BPO industry. He also coached the graduates on how to handle job interviews.
