The second batch of fourteen (14) trainees of MSF Careers R Us (MSF) completed the Contact Center Services NCII training course prescribed under TESDA Training Regulations. This brings up the number of NCII-ready contact center specialists to 29. They are all set for Assessment and Certification to attain TESDA National Certification Level II (NCII), which makes their specific skills internationally certified.

The 2nd batch underwent an 18-day course conducted at MSF’s affiliate training institution, Marymount Academy.

Special guest during the graduation ceremonies was Mr. JP Castello, HR Specialist at Alorica. He also conducted interviews with the 14 graduates and gave them tips on how best to handle job interviews. After the exercise, Mr. Castello shortlisted 5 out of the 14 graduates. They will be undergoing the next steps of assessment and final interview to be able to join Alorica.
